I have been going to my therapist for a year and I am so pleased with the care that is provided. I am made to feel like a priority and given amazing tools to be better than I was the day before. Laura is so gifted! I think it’s healthy to take care of my emotions just like I take care of my body. So, therapy is something I’ve done on and off for years which means I know when I find a good therapist. Laura is strong enough to challenge me when I need it but also helps me see all the places where I need to have grace for the little girl inside me who was an innocent victim to the trauma she experienced. The EMDR therapy she has been slowly walking me though has brought TRUE breakthroughs that will have implications for me, my marriage, my parenting, my job and ultimately Gods purpose for my life. I would give 10 stars if I could!
